About the clinic

A telehealth psychology clinic for all of Australia

If things have been hard lately, you don't have to work it out alone. The Symphony Clinic is a telehealth psychology clinic for people anywhere in Australia. Talk to a registered psychologist or counsellor by video or phone. You choose who you see, and every fee is shown upfront.

How the clinic works

Before you reach out, you might wonder three things. Who should I see? What will it cost? How do sessions work? You can find all three answers here before you book.

Talk from anywhere in Australia

Sessions are by video or phone, anywhere in Australia. Join from your lounge room, a quiet office or your car at lunch. Telehealth won't suit every situation. If something else may help more, your clinician will talk it through with you.

  • Every state and territory, including regional and remote areas
  • Adults, couples and families, on their own or together

See every fee first

Money can be awkward to ask about, so every fee is on this website. A psychology session is $220. If you meet Medicare's rules and have a plan from your usual GP, it could cost you $118.45 after the $101.55 rebate.

  • Psychology $220, Counselling $150, ADHD Assessment $1,250, Couples and Family $250
  • Medicare rebates and the rules for them, set out on the fees page

A letter

to whoever is reading this

Hello,

We started The Symphony Clinic with one question. Why is the first step so often the hardest?

Maybe you've been putting this off for a while. Who should I see? What will it cost? How does it work? Each question can be a reason to leave it another month. That makes sense.

So we put the answers up front. Every fee is on this website. A psychology session is $220, and we show the Medicare rebate where it may apply. You can see available times before you book. Not sure where to start? Answer a few questions and we'll suggest someone who may suit you. You make the final choice.

We can't promise how you'll feel after a session. Everyone is different. We can tell you who you'll see and what they're qualified to do. We can tell you what it costs and what happens in a session. Then you can decide in your own time.

Want to ask something first? Send us a message or call 1300 704 901. You don't need the right words. Share as much or as little as you want.
