Support for anxiety and depression online, and other concerns

If things have been hard lately, you don't have to work it out alone. Talk to someone about anxiety and depression online, and about stress, grief, trauma and more, by video or phone. You don't need a diagnosis or the right words to book. Find what sounds closest, or answer a few questions and we'll suggest where to start.

Anxiety

When worry won't switch off, it can wear you down. Maybe your chest feels tight, or your mind races at night. Maybe you've started avoiding things that used to feel easy.

What support looks like

Sessions give you space to understand it and talk about what to try. Sessions often start with what sets the worry off. You set the pace.

Not sure? Answer a few questions

  1. A man sits on the edge of an unmade bed in morning light, looking towards the window

    Depression and low mood

Everything feeling flat, and hard to lift? Ordinary tasks might take more effort than they used to. Things you enjoyed may not reach you the same way. Reaching out can feel like a lot, and that's OK.

Sessions often begin with the parts of the day that feel hardest. You and your clinician work out a pace that feels manageable. Small steps count.

  2. A woman pushes back from a crowded home office desk, eyes closed, hand at the back of her neck

    Stress and burnout

Running on empty, even after rest? Maybe you can't switch off from work. Maybe you feel cut off from things you used to care about.

Sessions look at what you're carrying and how you're carrying it. You'll talk about what can change and what can't. Share as much or as little as you want.

  3. A person sits in an armchair by a curtained window, holding a mug, looking out

    Trauma

Is something hard that happened still showing up, sometimes years later? Some people feel on edge much of the time. Others steer clear of reminders.

Your clinician explains the approaches available and the pace each involves. You choose how much you share, and when. You don't have to go into detail before you're ready.

  4. An older woman sits at a kitchen table in morning light, a cup of tea untouched in front of her

    Grief and loss

Grief can come in waves, after a death or another kind of loss. It can also follow a separation, a lost job or a change in your health.

There's no right way to grieve. We'll make space for whatever you're feeling. Sessions can also cover the practical and family changes that came with it.

  5. Two people sit at opposite ends of a couch in a living room, turned slightly away from each other

    Relationship difficulties

The same argument on repeat? Or a distance that crept in without either of you choosing it? Some couples find they talk less, or talk past each other.

Sessions look at the patterns between you. You can come on your own, as a couple or as a family.

  6. A person at a desk surrounded by handwritten notes and lists, resting their chin on one hand

    ADHD

Have you always wondered why some things feel harder for you? Maybe focus, planning or keeping track has been hard for a long time. These experiences can have many causes.

An adult ADHD assessment with a psychologist can help you understand. It's $1,250 for the full assessment, and it doesn't promise a diagnosis. We'll explain every step before we begin. Our clinicians don't prescribe.

  7. A person stands at a window with moving boxes stacked behind them in an empty room

    Life transitions and change

A big change, like a move, a new baby or a lost job? You might not feel quite like yourself. Change can unsettle you even when you chose it.

Time to think out loud about a change you're in the middle of. You don't need a diagnosis to book.

    Something else, or not sure

Not sure what to call it? You don't need a label to book. Working out what's going on is part of what the first session is for.

Answer a few questions and we'll suggest someone who may suit you. You make the final choice. Or book a session and work it out with your clinician.
